Manager, Payroll and Benefits Accounting

Welltower is seeking a Manager, Payroll & Benefits Accounting, to join our growing accounting organization. This newly created role will support the continued expansion of the business and increasing complexity of payroll and benefits accounting across Welltower’s global operations. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting associated with payroll, employee benefits, short-term incentive compensation (STI), and travel and expense (T&E).

This individual will serve as a key accounting partner to Human Capital, Payroll, Finance, and IT and will play an important role in Welltower’s Workday implementation.
