Senior Development Accounting Analyst

Job description

The Senior Development Accounting Analyst is a key member of Welltower’s Development & Construction finance function responsible for project-level financial controls across a portfolio of development and construction projects. The role focuses on project budget and cost review, construction draw analysis, project accounting coordination, and capital deployment. Working closely with Development, Construction, Accounting, Treasury, and external partners, the Senior Development Accounting Analyst helps ensure project costs are reasonable, accurately reflected, appropriately supported, and consistent with approved project budgets.

This is a financial and analytical individual contributor role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and independent project ownership.
