Senior Analyst, Strategic Account Management - Managed Services (General Market)

Job description

Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and industry data to inform strategic account planning and forecasting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives and customer retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations aligned with customer needs. Drive onboarding processes for assigned accounts, resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration.

Utilize sales forecasting tools and business metrics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. Support negotiation efforts by preparing data-driven insights and engaging stakeholders effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

What you'll bring

Proven expertise in strategic account management with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Demonstrated ability in sales forecasting, account planning, and customer retention strategies. Experience in developing and delivering sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Proficiency in analyzing business metrics, market trends, and data to support decision-making and process improvements.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage onboarding processes and resolve client integration issues. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence partners to achieve business objectives. The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
