Job description

Serve as the primary Marketing partner for Customer Growth, translating customer priorities into integrated marketing plans. Connect campaigns across CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid and owned media, creative, offers, and promotions to prioritized customer actions and outcomes. Embed Customer Growth priorities into campaign briefs, calendars, roadmaps, and planning forums. Identify opportunities to improve alignment across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints.

Partner across eCommerce, Product, Merchandising, Operations, Decision Sciences, and Analytics to coordinate growth initiatives and launch readiness. Translate customer insights and performance into future marketing recommendations. Build strong relationships across Marketing to advance Customer Growth frameworks and operating principles. What you'll bring... Strong understanding of integrated marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, paid and owned media, creative, and campaign planning.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams across a complex organization. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and executive presentation skills. Experience translating strategy into scalable execution while managing multiple priorities. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use customer insights and business performance to inform decisions. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Option 1

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Option 2

7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.2 years’ supervisory experience.
