Job description

Lead Walmart Business’s AEO and technical SEO strategy across traditional and AI-powered search. Run experiments that improve discoverability and qualified traffic. Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Merchandising to deliver scalable solutions. Identify technical opportunities, define business requirements, and guide implementation. Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting to demonstrate business impact.

Manage agency and vendor partners to ensure high-quality execution. Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership. Monitor evolving search behaviors, technologies, and platform changes to identify new growth opportunities. What you'll bring... Develop roadmaps and prioritize initiatives that increase search visibility, qualified traffic, and customer acquisition.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Option 1

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Option 2

6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
