What you'll do

Lead complex digital initiatives from opportunity identification through execution, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Develop deep understanding of business customers, journeys, pain points, and unmet needs. Translate customer and commercial needs into clear requirements, priorities, success measures, and technology solutions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data & Analytics to influence roadmaps and solutions.

Establish ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and accountability across cross-functional initiatives. Build business cases articulating customer impact, business value, priorities, and trade-offs. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to drive readiness and adoption. Lead through influence, creating alignment and delivering outcomes across teams.

Bring experience leading complex digital, technology, eCommerce, customer experience, or business transformation initiatives. Translate customer and business problems into actionable solutions and measurable outcomes. Demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership across Business, Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Operations. Apply strong business judgment to prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, value, scalability, risk, and strategy.

Build compelling business cases and manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs. Combine customer insights, data, and business context to inform decisions. Communicate complex topics clearly to senior leaders. Thrive in ambiguity, influence without authority, and create structure and accountability across teams. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
