Job Title Learning & Development Executive - Trainee (HR Fresher) Department Human Resources Location Bangalore Employment Type Full-time Experience 0-1 years (Freshers can apply) Reporting To Manager - Human Resources About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning & Development Trainee to join our HR team.

The selected candidate will support learning initiatives, employee development programs, training coordination, and competency-building activities across the organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA-HR candidates who possess excellent communication skills, strong comprehension abilities, and a passion for learning and people development.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external training programs. Assist in preparing training calendars and learning schedules. Track employee participation and training effectiveness. Maintain training records and learning databases. Support competency mapping and skill development initiatives. Coordinate induction and onboarding learning activities. Prepare presentations, reports, and learning communication materials. Assist in administering training feedback surveys.

Support LMS (Learning Management System) administration, if applicable. Coordinate with employees, managers, and training partners for learning interventions. Help organize employee engagement and learning events.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline with preference for HR specialization. MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) candidates may be preferred. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Required Skills

Must Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong comprehension and analytical ability. Good presentation and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities. Preferred Exposure to HR internships or learning-related projects. Basic understanding of Learning & Development concepts.

Familiarity with MS Forms, Power BI, or LMS platforms is an advantage.
