Job description

- Active involvement in the structuring and execution of financing transactions with Italian large corporate clients

• Analysis and assessment of companies' business profiles, financial performance, capital structures and credit fundamentals
• Preparation of financial analyses, credit assessments and transaction materials
• Support in structuring tailored financing solutions across loan and capital markets products
• Preparation of client presentations, marketing materials and financing proposals
• Review of term sheets, financing documentation and key transaction terms
• Coordination with internal counterparties, incl. DCM, Syndicate, Rating Advisory, Coverage, and M&A teams
• Active involvement in internal approval processes, including drafting memos / credit papers
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
