IB Operations - Securities Specialist

Job description

• Process manual settlements and asset/securities transfer instructions across multiple asset classes to completion
• Affirm broker confirmations, respond to broker inquiries, and coordinate with counterparties to keep transaction flows moving
• Monitor settlement queues, investigate failed/unmatched/delayed transactions, and resolve cash and securities discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records, clear documentation, and regular status updates and management reporting
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
• Follow risk controls, escalate issues promptly, and ensure required checks are performed consistently
