针对高并发场景进行性能调优，解决系统鲁棒性、一致性及实时性难题；作为技术攻坚核心，持续进行架构迭代与重构。

需求生命周期管理

深入理解业务逻辑，从技术视角评估需求合理性，兼顾扩展性与复用性；保障项目高质量按期交付。

跨团队协作

作为技术接口人，与产品、运营及跨部门团队紧密沟通，协调资源，推动复杂项目落地。

AI工程化实践

积极探索AI Coding工具（如Copilot、Cursor、Claude等）在研发流程中的应用，优化开发效率与代码交付质量。

线上保障

负责线上故障的快速响应与处理，主导流量高峰期的技术支持与压测保障。

任职资格 基础深厚

本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；5年以上Java后端开发经验，精通Spring Boot/Cloud生态，具备大型分布式系统架构经验。

高并发与性能优化

对高并发、多线程、异步编程及JVM调优有实战背景；熟悉MySQL性能调优，有应对海量请求的实战经历。

测试保障

熟练掌握压力测试（JMeter/Gatling）及单元测试框架（Mockito/JUnit），具备严谨的工程化质量保障意识。

AI实践能力

具备AI辅助编程（AI Coding）的实践经验，能够利用AI工具辅助编写代码、生成单元测试及排查技术问题，有相关效率提升案例者优先。

沟通与协作（重点）

性格开朗外向，具备优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力；能够将技术语言转化为业务语言，在复杂多方沟通中推动项目进展。

极强的责任心，能独立负责攻坚项目；关注前沿技术，乐于技术分享，能够引领团队在技术路径上共同进步。 具备良好的英语听说读写能力。 Job Description Core Business Development Lead the backend architecture design and development for Ctrip's Attractions & Activities business, diving deep into business scenarios to enhance platform capability. Technical Troubleshooting & Optimization Perform performance tuning for high-concurrency scenarios, resolving system robustness, consistency, and real-time challenges; serve as a core technical driver for ongoing architectural iteration and refactoring.

Requirement Lifecycle Management Deeply understand business logic and evaluate requirements from a technical perspective, balancing scalability and reusability to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery. Cross-Team Collaboration Act as the technical liaison, communicating closely with product, operations, and cross-departmental teams to coordinate resources and drive complex projects to completion. AI Engineering Practices Actively explore and apply AI Coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude) within the R&D workflow to optimize development efficiency and code quality.

Online System Support Drive rapid response and troubleshooting for production incidents; lead technical support and load testing during peak traffic periods.

Qualifications

Solid Foundation Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields; 5+ years of Java backend development experience, proficient in the Spring Boot/Cloud ecosystem, with practical experience in large-scale distributed system architecture. High Concurrency & Performance Tuning Hands-on expertise in high concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and JVM tuning; familiar with MySQL performance optimization and experienced in handling massive traffic volumes.

Testing & Quality Assurance Proficient in load testing tools (JMeter/Gatling) and unit testing frameworks (Mockito/JUnit), with strong engineering quality assurance standards. AI Coding Capabilities Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding (AI Coding), leveraging tools to generate code, write unit tests, and troubleshoot technical issues; candidates with proven efficiency gains are preferred. Communication & Collaboration (Key Priority) Outgoing and approachable, with exceptional cross-team communication and collaboration skills; able to translate technical concepts into business language to drive progress across complex stakeholder environments.
