Job description

营销运营JD 负责区域商品(景点/玩乐)的整体营销，对该区域整体的经营业绩负责； 负责营销渠道推广的对接，包含但不限于

站内的资源位以及站外渠道； 结合渠道特性，针对性选品，对该渠道的选品推广效率负责； 熟悉营销工具的使用规范（优惠券/立减等），熟练使用营销落地页面搭建工具，对营销活动整体订单提升负责； 负责对景区的营销和谈判方案的输出、优化、跟踪、落地及反馈； 跨部门或内外部协调工作，协助项目整体推进及其他运营相关工作。

任职资格

3年以上旅游相关经验，具备市场营销相关岗位经验，熟悉SEM广告投放者优先； 工作热情，执行力强，善于沟通，勇于提问； 具备较强的数据分析和应用能力，逻辑性强，善于思考和总结运营经验； 具备海外市场或出海项目相关产品、运营背景，对海外市场有一定了解； 本科以上学历，英文流利，具备以英文作为工作语言的能力。 Responsibilities

• Make the overall regional marketing strategy and be accountable for the overall business performance in the region.
• Manage and optimize available resources on Trip.com to drive traffic and revenue growth.
• Work closely with internal business development teams to identify potential products for the target market.
• Identify and explore external partnership opportunities to increase user engagement and drive sales on the website.
• Effectively use marketing tools.
• Output the customized marketing plans for attractions.
• Analyze and track internal and external data to uncover actionable insights and communicate them effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and tourism platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or the travel industry.
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.
