本、硕、博。

毕业时间

2026 年 9 月至 2027 年 8 月期间毕业（中国大陆以毕业证为准，非中国大陆地区以教育部学位认证为准）且最高学历毕业后无全职工作经验的学生。

What You Will Gain

1.Rotation in different HR functions across all HR’s Three Pillars:

• Rotate through COE (Center of Expertise), SSC (Shared Service Center), Business Unit HR teams, and overseas HR teams.
• Master end-to-end HR processes and understand the three-pillar operational model.

Receive customized development guidance from dual mentors

• a Group COE expert and a Regional HR Director. 2.

On-the-Ground projects at overseas offices

• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams in overseas offices to tackle real-world HR challenges under Trip.com globalization progress.
• Gain front-line experience solving business-critical HR pain points.

Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (all majors welcome).
• Overseas study or multinational internship experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
