Job description

职位描述 工作职责

1． 线上打字的形式回答并解决携程金融用户的问题及投诉建议 2. 记录及反馈工作，及时跟进处理结果 3． 负责定期将汇总内容整理上报，协助上级主管进行信息收集 4． 按时按量完成上级安排的其它工作 5.

做五休二，排班轮休 ，不支持居家办公 任职资格 任职要求

  • 大专及以上学历专业不限（有金融相关就职经历优先）
  • 打字速度不低于50字/分钟
  • 勤奋踏实、吃苦耐劳、良好的服务意识、团队合作精神
