Core Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating service procedures prior to the launch of new products. Conduct service process and procedure management for the front-line service team, including the formulation and release of service rules. Optimize or iterate over existing service processes and rules through data analysis and process implementation monitoring. Collect feedback from the service team to help respond to related questions and improve common process problems.

Cross-function communication and promotion, completion of process design, debugging, and release, forming a closed loop mechanism.

Qualifications

Full-time Bachelor's degree or above. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as the daily working language. Proficient in various Office software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Visio, etc. Excellent adaptability, good ability to work under pressure, good teamwork and communication skills. Have a strong logical thinking ability, and the ability to summarize, quick problem solving, data analysis, etc.

PMP certification or lean 6 sigma certification is preferred. Service industry process management experience is preferred. Work experience in OTA industry or foreign company is preferred.
