Closing Date 28 October 2026 Title Manager Governance & Risk Management Reporting To Senior Manager, Governance & Risk Management Mission (Sources of Values)

• Manage day-to-day governance and risk management processes, ensuring timely compliance reporting and risk monitoring.​ Maintain governance documentation and support audit and regulatory assurance activities.​ ​ ​ Accountability & Responsibility
• Manage day-to-day governance and risk processes, including preparation of compliance reports and updates to risk registers.

Conduct risk assessments and document control effectiveness for key processes.​ Maintain governance documentation and ensure version control for policies and procedures.​ Prepare compliance documentation and organize records to support audit readiness.​ Monitor progress of corrective actions for compliance gaps and escalate unresolved issues to the Senior Manager.​ Assist in implementing HSE, integrity, and governance policies by coordinating awareness initiatives and reinforcing compliance culture within the department.​ Support adherence to HSE policies by monitoring compliance, preparing governance reports, and escalating issues for review.

Compile data and prepare governance dashboards and KPI reports for the Regulatory Department.​ Assist the Transformation Management Office – ERP 1 only​ Assist in advising, reviewing and providing inputs on legislations and regulations, including providing input to the regulators and ministry​ Assist in addressing regulatory issues relating to energy procurement and power industry​ Maintain corporate governance in the absence of the Company Secretary ​ Act as the Compliance Officer of SB (alternate) ​ KPIs Timely delivery of compliance submissions and risk reports.

Accuracy of governance documentation and registers. Closure of corrective actions within agreed timelines. Completion of integrity and HSE activities as assigned. End Products Compliance reports and regulatory submissions. Updated risk registers and control testing reports. Policy documents and governance dashboards. Integrity and HSE communication materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.​​ Experience Requirements Minimum
• 8 years of experience in governance, compliance, or risk management roles.
