Employee Transportation Emperience: 2-7 Years Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily employee transport operations, including route planning, scheduling, and rostering. Oversee transport vendors, monitor service quality, and ensure SLA compliance. Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Resolve transportation-related issues and employee concerns in a timely manner. Track transportation costs, utilization, and operational performance through MIS and reporting.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in employee transportation, logistics, or transport operations. Experience in vendor management, route optimization, and transport scheduling. Proficiency in TMS/ERP tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of transport safety, compliance, and operational best practices.

BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
