Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 1. Business & Functional Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payments initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Conduct gap analysis between existing and proposed payment systems
• Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and functional specs 2. Payments Domain Expertise

Work across key payments areas

• Wire Payments (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHAPS) o ACH / SEPA o Real-Time Payments (RTP) / Faster Payments
• Cards & Merchant Payments

Understand end-to-end payment lifecycle

• Initiation → Validation → Clearing → Settlement → Reconciliation Domain Skills
• Strong experience in Payments (mandatory)
• Knowledge of: o ISO 20022 o SWIFT messaging (MT/MX)

Payment hubs / core banking systems Salary Range

• $90,000 to $105,000 per year
