Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for APIs and integrations
- Execute system, integration and end-to-end tests
- Manage defect lifecycle including triage and resolution
- Collaborate with engineers to improve testability
- Continuously enhance test coverage and reliability
Required Skills

- CI/CD pipeline integration
- Cloud and middleware testing
- Defect management tools
- Agile testing practices Experience Required
- 7–10 years relevant industry experience
- Experience delivering large-scale CRM or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Financial services or regulated environment experience preferred
