Job description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and provide SAP MM procurement solutions. Configure and support end-to-end procurement processes in SAP MM.

Work on: Purchase Requisitions (PR) Requests for Quotation (RFQ) Quotation Management Purchase Orders (PO) Contracts and Scheduling Agreements Goods Receipt (GR) Invoice Verification (IV) Vendor Evaluation Inventory Management Configure Release Strategy and Approval Workflows.

Manage Master Data including

Material Master Vendor Master Purchasing Info Records Source Lists Work closely with business users to optimize procurement processes.

Support integration with: SAP FI/CO SAP SD SAP PP SAP WM/EWM SAP Ariba (preferred) Perform functional testing, SIT, UAT, and production support. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs. Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, rollouts, and migration projects. Conduct user training and prepare documentation. End-to-End SAP MM Implementations S/4HANA Transformation Projects Global Rollouts Support and AMS Engagements Enhancement Projects Procurement Process Optimization Initiatives
