Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle Recruitment Module Support Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with the Oracle Recruitment module and a good understanding of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process. The role involves providing functional support, resolving user tickets, and ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment-related activities within Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 functional support for the Oracle Recruitment module.
• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets related to recruitment processes within agreed SLAs.
• Analyse reported issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues when required.
• Support business users with Oracle Recruitment module functionality and process-related queries.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve application issues.
• Maintain documentation for recurring issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and support quality standards.
