Record to Report - Team Lead Experience: 5 years to 11 years Job Location: Kolkata Shift: 24x7 Job Qualification:- Any Finance Graduate CA / ICWA (Inter) / MBA finance / M.Com Responsibilities -

• Ensure Reliability and accuracy of financial reporting data
• Prepare day to day GL activities, monthly BS reconciliations, monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting activities.
• Timeliness of monthly reporting and follow-up on resolution of identified issues.
• Processing and authorizing of day-to-day transactions as per standard operating procedures
• Deliver BAU activities as per SLA. Ensure service quality is maintained, deliver superior customer services and resolve customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Customer interaction, understand customer requirements, documentation issuance and review.
• Meet required productivity metrics set for the team
• Perform the dual roles of Maker and Checker independently with great attention to detail.
• Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolution of issues and exception raised.
• Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriately.

Skills & Experience - Should have strong accounting knowledge and strong domain knowledge of R2R activities General Finance, Core R2R Functional Expertis, People & Team Leadership Skills, Client & Stakeholder Interaction Governance Prior experience in preparation & recording of Journals such as Accruals, Recurring, Amortization etc., Month end closing, account reconciliation, intercompany, reporting or any other R2R activities is necessary.

SLA & Performance Management, Transition & Change Support Liase and assist other finance staff within AP/AR when reconciling sub-ledgers Proficiency in IFRS standards and Australian accounting standards (desirable) Exposure to ERP is must (SAP, MS D365) Reconciliation tools (Blackline or any) Prior team handling experience is an added advantage.

BACHELOR OF COMMERCE
