Role
TUPE Consultant Location: London Contract: Permanent Mode of Working: Hybrid Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- In depth knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations, particularly with regards to TUPE, redundancy, restructuring/reorganisation, dismissals and grievances.
- A working and practical knowledge of TUPE principles and regulations.
- Able to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
- Ability to effectively apply knowledge in practical workplace situations.
- Skilled in managing interpersonal dynamics, including conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, overcoming resistance, and demonstrating sensitivity.
- Highly focused and determined, with a proven ability to deliver results and overcome challenges despite obstacles. </p
