Role:RTR Payroll Lead Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTR Experience: 5 years to 8 years Job Location: Chennai Shift Timing-12:30 PM-3:30 am Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA Must Have Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in FnA - RTR activities
• Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Payroll, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Interaction with the client - Governance calls
• SLA adherence
• Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

• Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools
• Complex Accounting
• Project Exp on Process Improvements
• Excellent communication skills
