• Mumbai Job Description · General Administrative Tasks
• Set up of meetings and room bookings via the Outlook calendar
• MyLearning Administration Activities
• Program Creation
• Curriculum Creation
• Set-up of ILTs (including virtual classes)
• Team’s Calendar entries for My Classes - WBT upload, testing and launch
• Training completion entries
• Manage MyLearning local domains
• Onboard new local admins in MyLearning as requested
• Training assignments
• Customer Portal and SharePoint Development Support
• External Partner Training System Administration in the system
• Receive notification of new projects
• Send invitation to vendors
• General tool administration
• Report Generation
• Report Generation
• Produce reports from client LMS - Receive compliance reports and send reminders regarding compliance issues - un weekly, monthly, quarterly or on request compliance reports
• Basic knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS)
• Proven ability to create and maintain communication strategies
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and prepare reports
• Basic knowledge of training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) </p

Qualifications

BACHELOR OF PHARMACY, BACHELOR OF SCIENCE ( B.Sc Degree ), M.SC., MASTER OF PHARMACY
