Proven experience as a Test Analyst within Utilities or related industries. Strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to Utilities (e.g., IS‑U, PM, CRM, Billing, Work Management). Experience with Field Service Management platforms. Salesforce Field Service experience is highly advantageous. Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Ability to work in fast‑paced, multi‑vendor project environments.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Desirable Skills Exposure to large‑scale digital transformation programs. Experience with automation tools or frameworks. Knowledge of integration testing across enterprise systems.
