Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments in a service delivery or project delivery capacity.
• Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualization, storage, and endpoint management technologies.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud services such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, incident management, service request handling, and technical troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Experience working with ticketing and service management platforms such as ServiceNow or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices, patch management, backup, recovery, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Azure infrastructure and cloud operations.
• Endpoint management technologies including Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and device compliance.
• VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
• Network technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
