Job description

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules like: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM Translate business requirements into technical solutions and workflows
• Lead end-to-end platform development , including: Business rules, client scripts, Script Includes Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal
• Develop and manage integrations : REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub
• Work on CMDB & CSDM data model implementation
• Participate in architecture design discussions
• Optimize platform performance and ensure best practices (ITIL aligned)
• Guide junior developers and perform code reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects 👨‍💻 Required Skills & Experience ✅ Experience 10–15 years in IT 6–10 years in ServiceNow development ✅ Core

Technical Skills

Strong JavaScript (server-side & client-side)

ServiceNow platform expertise

ITSM (must-have) ITOM / Discovery (preferred) HRSD / CSM (optional but valued)

Hands-on experience with: Flow Designer / Workflows UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications Service Catalog development Integration experience: REST, SOAP APIs Third-party tools (Azure, SAP, etc.)
