Key responsibilities

Develop GenAI/RAG reference architectures on Azure. Develop AI agents and enable connectivity to enterprise systems via power automate. Design and deliver AI solutions for IT and Business Services Ability to work on pipelines for PDF/image OCR, layout-aware parsing, semantic chunking, and metadata enrichment. Implement vector + lexical hybrid search and semantic rerankers. Design prompt strategies, context assembly, and answer validation.

Build secure, scalable deployments on AKS/Functions with CI/CD and observability. Enforce policy controls, content filtering, and auditability. Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and mentor engineers. </ul
