Job description

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture.

Experience with: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Work

• Orders and Service Appointments Resource Scheduling and Optimization Salesforce Flow Apex Lightning Experience Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification. Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications. Experience with Service Cloud and broader Salesforce ecosystem. Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of GIS, mapping solutions, and route optimization concepts. Experience with mobile workforce management solutions.
