SALES COACH -

• Conduct post-OJT sales-pitch and objection handling sessions
• Coach agents on lead qualification, need-based offers, and compliance scripts
• Track sales performance metrics; run refreshers to improve conversion
• Collaborate with Ops/QA for behavior reinforcement SOFT-SKILLS TRAINER -
• Deliver communication, email etiquette, and customer experience modules
• Run voice/accent sessions; improve Versant outcomes
• Coach on de-escalation, tone, and professional writing
• Support periodic re-certifications on soft skills <br /
