Genesys Developer Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years Location: Pan India Must Have: Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

• Core Genesys Platform Knowledge
• IVR Design & Call Flow development including secure flow & bots
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads
• Problem‑Solving & Analytical Thinking
• Collaboration, Communication & Teamwork Good to Have: Design clear, intuitive, and customer‑friendly IVR call flows Strong experience in Genesys Cloud CX Support testers (e.g., Cyara teams) with flow clarity and edge cases </div
