• Minimum 2 – 4 End-End-To Implementations in EC Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows Good
• Knowledge in HR Business
• Processes and Talent Management Processes 6.

Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand and document current HR processes and future requirements for the Employee Central module. Managing the integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development. Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets.

Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks.
