Position Summary

The Canada Payroll SME is responsible for leading and governing end-to-end Canadian payroll operations, providing subject matter expertise, ensuring payroll compliance, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic client and business objectives. The role requires deep payroll domain expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and ownership of service delivery outcomes.

Job Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in Payroll Operations with strong expertise in Canada Payroll. Oracle is mandatory
• Hands-on experience working as a Payroll SME within a BPO or Shared Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, controls, compliance, audits, and governance.
• Experience using Oracle Fusion payroll applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of KPI/SLA management and service delivery excellence.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
