Permanent Location: United Kingdom Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time) Are you looking to design and standardise omnichannel retail fulfilment processes within Oracle Cloud transformation programmes? We have an exciting opportunity for you - Oracle Fusion S2F Functional Consultant ! The Role As an Oracle Fusion S2F Functional Consultant , you will be responsible for designing and standardising Store-to-Fulfil (S2F) processes within a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programme.

This role is focused on the pre-implementation phase, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process blueprinting, and solution design. You will work closely with stakeholders across retail operations, supply chain, and digital commerce to define scalable, efficient, and customer-focused fulfilment models.

Your Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Store-to-Fulfil process design, including store-based fulfilment, inventory visibility, and order orchestration. Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle Fusion capabilities. Develop functional design documents, solution blueprints, and future-state process models. Facilitate business process re-engineering workshops to define standardised fulfilment processes. Define store fulfilment operating models, including governance, control points, service levels, and exception handling.

Configure and define foundational setups such as inventory organisations, fulfilment locations, sourcing rules, and shipping methods. Collaborate with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure end-to-end alignment. Define integration requirements across Oracle Fusion, eCommerce platforms, POS systems, WMS, and logistics systems. Support data readiness and migration strategies, including store master data, inventory data, and fulfilment parameters.

Identify risks, dependencies, and transformation impacts to support governance and decision-making. Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience Strong experience in Oracle SCM, Order Management, or Inventory functional consulting. Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management, Inventory, and fulfilment processes. Deep understanding of store fulfilment models, including ship-from-store, click-and-collect, and omnichannel fulfilment.

Experience delivering transformation programmes involving retail or supply chain process standardisation. Strong knowledge of inventory visibility, sourcing, fulfilment orchestration, and shipping processes. Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, process blueprinting, and functional documentation. Hands-on experience defining inventory and fulfilment structures and operating models. Familiarity with integration across Oracle Fusion, POS systems, WMS, eCommerce platforms, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Experience supporting data migration, master data alignment, and fulfilment readiness activities. <span lang="EN-GB" style="font
