Professional experience in spanning consulting and senior roles within fashion retail organisations. · Demonstrated track record of embedding AI and agentic decisioning into fashion retail transformations across design, buying, PLM , planning and supply chain, delivering measurable value through automation, smarter workflows and outcome led governance. Direct experience leading or governing large-scale transformation programmes .

Depth in merchandising, supply chain, or omnichannel retail with hands‑on exposure early in your career.

Rich consulting or transformation experience

strategy, operating model, transformation design, delivery governance, and C-suite influencing.

Demonstrated success in delivering tangible commercial outcomes

margin growth, OTB optimisation, stock reduction, service improvement, customer engagement, digital attachment, cost efficiencies.

Capabilities & Skills Enterprise transformation expertise

from visioning through mobilisation to value realisation. Fashion retail domain mastery , with credibility in merchandising, supply chain, assortment, pricing, sourcing, and trading.
