Job description

The FP&A Analyst will shape financial health by partnering with Operations, Procurement, and R&D to drive profitability, support budgeting, and manage CapEx. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the annual planning process and manage short-term P&L forecasts in close collaboration with fab management Monitor monthly spending, deliver management reports, and translate variance analyses into actionable recommendations. Analyze wafer cost structures and partner with Operations to drive cost-reduction initiatives. Leverage advanced data tools to automate and standardize financial reporting Serve as a trusted financial partner, translating data into actionable goals for frontline decision-makers Track CapEx and depreciation to support long-term investment decisions (Scope of change) There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong foundational knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, or accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field Business-level fluency in Chinese
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures Working Conditions;

• Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
