Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related disciplines 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing, event, hotel or hospitality industry Good communication skills and a good team player Well organized and detail-oriented Familiar with PC software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
• Proficient in written and oral

English and Chinese Responsibilities

• Work closely with agencies and business partners
• Plan and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Develop promotional materials
• Manage digital and social media platforms
• Manage event booking system and handle venue booking for events
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients
• Support site inspection with clients and create presentation contents
• Handle quotation, proposal and contract
• Liaise with external and internal parties to ensure smooth execution of events
• Arrange event logistics and provide on-site support
• Participate in client events to ensure guests’ satisfaction and analyse feedback from clients and event attendees to improve services (Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Officer / Assistant - Marketing & Event.)
