Requirements
Higher Certificate / Diploma in Building Services Engineering or equivalent AMHKIE preferred Minimum 6 years' relevant experience Good knowledge in quality works requirements Proven English proficiency Able to communicate in Putonghua will be an advantage Responsibilities Supervise M&E works in various high quality properties developments in Hong Kong Monitor the testing and commissioning activities (Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Clerk of Works.)
