Job description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ quantity surveying experience Preferable to have both consultant and contractor experiences Proven English proficiency and good command of Putonghua Responsibilities
• Check and audit tender reports
• Monitor tendering procedures and approve tender lists
• Evaluate variation works and claims
• Resolve disputes from subcontractors and suppliers (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.)
