Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, and or any business-related courses Has at least
• 1 year of extensive background in handling talent acquisition Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply Experience with full-cycle recruiting , using various techniques and strategies Experienced with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment and on-boarding) Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner Experience in volume hiring and technical recruitment is an advantage Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications Other competencies: Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Great attention to detail Outstanding communication skills Results oriented; experience driving and execution on HR objectives
