What You’ll Do

• Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
• Build long‑term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
• Provide expert, reliable in‑theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures
• Grow usage across an implant‑led portfolio
• Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team

What You’ll Bring

Required

• 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record Commercial mindset with end‑to‑end territory ownership Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders Resilience, accountability, and drive to win Preferred Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences experience
• Knowledge of Australia’s public and private hospital systems Confidence working in operating theatres
