The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to lead our Upper Extremities business across South Australia and Western Australia.

You will lead a team of six sales and clinical professionals, with responsibility for driving commercial growth, developing your people and strengthening relationships with orthopaedic surgeons across both markets. With SA one of our fastest-growing regions and further opportunity across WA, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the next stage of growth for the business. About Upper Extremities Stryker’s Upper Extremities business provides innovative orthopaedic solutions supporting the treatment of shoulder and upper limb conditions.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales and clinical team across SA & WA. Deliver regional revenue, growth and market share objectives. Build strong partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders. Drive sales strategy, customer engagement and adoption of new technology. Develop a connected, high-performance culture across both states. Identify and execute opportunities to accelerate regional growth.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven success in medical device, orthopaedic or healthcare sales. Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams. Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering sales growth and targets. Ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals. Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel regularly across SA & WA, with a valid Australian driver’s licence.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience within Upper Extremities, orthopaedics or implantable medical devices. Experience working with orthopaedic surgeons and operating theatre teams. Experience leading teams across multiple territories or geographically dispersed markets. A track record of developing sales talent and building a strong team culture. Experience supporting the introduction and adoption of new medical technologies.
