Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Managing end to end recruitment process (Screening CVs, scheduling interviews, preparing offers) Involvement in assessment centers by assisting to organize and perform sessions Attendance at career fairs to attract new talent Coordinates onboarding of new candidates Maintaining relationships with universities throughout Europe Requirements: Currently pursuing BS or MSc in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant disciplines.

English language advanced level (mandatory) Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Willingness to learn and motivation to take on new challenges Good communication skills, attention to details and teamwork skills What We Can Offer: Hybrid work schedule.
