Job description

We're looking for a Senior Staff Technical Product Manager to own strategy & execution across AI powered product experiences within a fast-moving, AI-driven organization. This role goes beyond delivering against a roadmap — you'll help define the roadmap itself, using data-driven prioritization and strong product sense to decide what matters most. You'll operate across a wider cross-functional surface area, requiring sharper stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills to align multiple teams and senior partners around a shared direction.

This role is for someone with proven, hands-on execution experience at scale — not theoretical AI knowledge. We're looking for concrete evidence of AI products you've shipped, the technical and business tradeoffs you navigated, and the cross-functional outcomes you drove, not conceptual familiarity with AI. What You'll Own Strategy and execution for a broad product area to accelerate agent productivity, including defining the roadmap and prioritization framework, not just executing against one.

Data-driven decision-making at scale

using product analytics, experimentation, and usage data to make prioritization calls with meaningful business impact. High-quality strategy and requirements documents that senior stakeholders and engineering leadership rely on to align and execute.

Cross-functional leadership

aligning multiple teams, engineering, data science, and senior stakeholders around shared priorities, often without direct authority. Mentorship of more junior product managers, raising the execution and technical bar across the team. Why This Role Matters Broader scope and higher-leverage ownership over how a significant piece of the AI portfolio evolves. Direct influence on strategy and prioritization decisions with visible impact on business outcomes.

A seat at the table with senior engineering, data science, and product leadership shaping the direction of a fast-scaling AI organization. What Success Looks Like A roadmap and prioritization framework that is data-backed, well-understood by stakeholders, and consistently delivered against. Strategy and requirements documents that require minimal rework and are trusted by senior technical and business stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to align and influence senior cross-functional partners without direct authority, resolving competing priorities effectively.

Evidence of raising the bar for more junior PMs through mentorship and modeling strong execution.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 12+ years of product management experience, with recent, hands-on experience shipping AI or data-powered products at meaningful scale — not just conceptual AI knowledge.

Strong data sense and demonstrated ability to drive prioritization decisions using product analytics and experimentation, with measurable business impact. Proven ability to write clear, senior-level strategy, requirements, and prioritization documents that stakeholders rely on. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills across senior, cross-functional, and sometimes competing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of aligning diverse technical and business audiences.

A track record of proven execution — specific, verifiable examples of AI products shipped, tradeoffs navigated, and outcomes delivered. Strong technical fluency; comfortable engaging deeply with engineering on architecture and feasibility tradeoffs. Experience mentoring or informally guiding more junior product managers is a plus. FD21 For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $171,900 - $300,800 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.

Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
