Job description

- Strictly follow the work instructions for production and operation of machines 严格遵守生产和机器操作的作业指导书

• Strictly follow the company's quality standards for production, authorised production, DA declaration, etc. 严格遵守公司的生产、授权生产、DA 申报等质量标准
• Perform product quality inspection (size, appearance) to ensure that qualified products flow to the next process. 执行产品质量检测（尺寸、外观），确保合格产品流入下一道工序。
• Produce according to production schedule (standard time) to ensure production output. 按照生产计划（标准时间）进行生产，确保产量。
• Certified to perform daily equipment self-check (AM). 通过每日设备自检（AM）认证。
• Adhere to the daily 5S cleaning and organisation 坚持每日 5S 清洁和整理
• Daily checking of inspection tools used in the work station 每日检查工作站使用的检查工具
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor 执行主管指派的其他任务
• 1-2 years of experience in mechanical work, EDM operator experience preferred 1-2 年机械工作经验，有 EDM 操作经验者优先
• Can read drawings, can use general measuring instruments, such as: micrometers 能读懂图纸，会使用一般测量仪器，如：千分尺
• Able to work three shifts, hard-working, and work initiative. 能三班倒，吃苦耐劳，工作主动。
• Experience in other machinery factories, apprenticeship is acceptable. 有其他机械厂工作经验，可接受学徒。
