INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL TRAINER (Pos 509)

Job description

Ensure accomplishment of the milestones defined during the launching of any new transfer of work, APQP or massive engineering change project.

• Train new hired engineers on harness manufacturing basics
• Train engineers on industrialization topics
• Follow up in the maintenance of training modules and exams.
• Provide training for engineers on PDM (SHARP / SHM)
• Support in new transfer projects with APQP methodology.
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
• Regular, predictable attendance is required;
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Participate and implement measures of health, Safety and Environment necessary to keep the Physical integrity of your team.
