Job description

As Subcontracting Officer your main responsability is to manage the repair orders from engines inducted at SAESA through creation, analysis, update and follow-up of the repair orders, having direct communication with external suppliers, MRO Procurement Leaders and internal departments to achieve the return on time and quality of the parts based on production planning. Availability to perform your duties in different shifts, according to the operational needs of your área.

• Ability to manage strategic suppliers and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ability to interact with suppliers, technical teams and management.
• Resolve issues and discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Efficient handling of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactivity and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Cross-functional collaboration and planning ability.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency required; French language skills desirable.
