Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technician to join our Stennis team. As part of the team of around-the-clock technicians, you will be responsible for testing Jet Engines, troubleshooting faults and issues with both the engines and test systems, maintaining a facility and carrying out routine calibrations and preventative maintenance.

What you will be doing

• Work with a safety mindset, always putting safety first
• Receive engines from other sites, and prepare them ready for test Installing the engine package onto the outdoor test stand
• Operate the engine, following a precise test schedule
• Respond to engine and facility issues with efficient troubleshooting
• Assist the facility engineering team with projects and tasks Carry out facility PM activity, fault finding and improvement activities Effective communication to fellow team members at shift handovers Basic Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S.
