Job description

Coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing logistics activities Planning and coordination of domestic and international shipments Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring on-time deliveries to customers and production Coordination with suppliers, logistics service providers and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow Preparation and maintenance of shipping, customs and logistics documentation Monitoring inventory movements and supporting warehouse operations when required Identification and implementation of logistics process improvements Ensuring compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements and applicable regulations Regular coordination with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams
