Job description

Lean management skills - value stream mapping / 5S / visual management / SFM / Kanban / Kaizen / root cause analysis Leading the continuous improvement and problem solving process in the plant for all related departments from Production/Quality/Logistics, including also the white collar areas Data and system-related topics (e.g. OEE; throughput time; failure rate; productivity) Active participation in the operation and supervision of production lines from a LEAN perspective Leading the optimisation of existing production layouts and workstations Cycle time measurement and work sequence optimisation Creating and maintaining production-related documents, such as work plans and work instructions Organising and moderating business excellence workshops
